Buyer Quick Start
Welcome! This guide takes you from browsing opportunities to making your first offer.
What you can do as a buyer
- Discover businesses for sale and save the ones worth pursuing
- Unlock confidential financials by inquiring and signing an NDA
- Run due diligence with AI-assisted document analysis
- Negotiate terms and make an offer
5 steps to get started
1. Set up your buyer profile
A complete profile builds trust and gets you faster responses. Add your acquisition focus (industry, deal size, geography), financial capacity, and timeline. Complete your Qualification Profile to earn a readiness score — it is advisory and never blocks access; it just helps sellers prioritize you.

2. Browse and save opportunities
Use filters (industry, revenue, location, price) to narrow the marketplace, and save listings you like.
Dashboard: Browse Opportunities (/listings/search) and My Saved (/dashboard/saved)
3. Inquire and sign the NDA
When a listing looks promising, submit an inquiry. Signing the NDA advances you to secure data-room access for that deal and your Deals Hub starts tracking it.
Dashboard: Deals Hub (/dashboard/deals)
4. Review the data room and run diligence
Open the Advanced VDR to read financials, contracts, and operational documents, and use the DD Workspace to organize your review. AI analysis can summarize documents and surface risks. Some tools depend on your plan tier — you will see an upgrade prompt where applicable.
Dashboard: Advanced VDR (/dashboard/dataroom-adv), DD Workspace (/dashboard/dd-workspace)
5. Make an offer
When ready, open Negotiations to propose terms and track counteroffers. A signed LOI advances the deal into a workspace where you manage closing.
Dashboard: Negotiations (/dashboard/negotiations)
