Seller Quick Start
Welcome! This guide takes you from creating a listing to fielding qualified buyers.
What you can do as a seller
- Create a professional listing that attracts the right buyers
- Control what is public versus gated behind an NDA
- Organize a secure data room (optionally synced from QuickBooks)
- Field inquiries and move qualified buyers toward close
5 steps to get started
1. Set up your seller profile
Add your business name, industry, and experience, and set up account security (password, 2FA) and notifications. A complete profile signals a serious seller.
Dashboard: Account Settings (/dashboard/settings)
2. Create your listing
Add a clear headline, business summary, financial highlights, asking price, and what is included. Control how much is public versus NDA-gated. You can save a draft and publish when ready.
Dashboard: Create a Listing (/listings/add), My Listings (/dashboard/listings)
3. Set up your data room
Create folders (Financial, Legal, Operational, HR), upload documents, and set per-document access controls. Optionally connect QuickBooks to sync financials automatically.
Dashboard: Advanced VDR (/dashboard/dataroom-adv), QuickBooks (/dashboard/quickbooks)
4. Respond to buyer inquiries
Review inquiries and each buyer's qualification, approve NDAs to grant data-room access, and keep every conversation organized in your Unified Inbox.
Dashboard: Inquiries (/dashboard/inquiries), Unified Inbox (/dashboard/inbox)
5. Move toward close
When a buyer makes an offer, negotiate terms and track the closing checklist in the Close hub. Every step is auditable and document-backed.
Dashboard: Negotiations (/dashboard/negotiations)
