Create & Assign Tasks

Task Management

Break each workstream into actionable tasks:

  • Information requests — documents you need from the target
  • Review tasks — analysis items for your team
  • Follow-up questions — clarifications from initial reviews

Set priorities (P0-P3) and deadlines for each task.

Track Findings & Risks

Findings & Risk Register

  • Red flags — issues that could kill the deal
  • Yellow flags — concerns requiring negotiation
  • Observations — notable items for reference

Each finding should include: description, severity, source document, and recommended action.
