Creating Your Deal

Navigate to the Deals dashboard and click New Deal. Fill in the basic information:

  • Target company — the company being acquired
  • Expected close date — your target timeline

Tip: Use a naming convention like "Company A - Company B - Type" for easy identification.

Inviting Participants
